DIRECT SERVICE
ONE-ON-ONE
3-month recovery coaching/peer mentoring program:
$40/hr +hst i.e. $635 for 3 months
~30 min Consultation to build rapport, assess your case, and goal set
~1hr strategic plan or “Alliance” development, between coach and client, around client needs and end goals
~check-ins between sessions by mode of communication most comfortable for the client, if desired
~10, 1hr weekly coaching sessions in person, by phone, or via Zoom
~additional text or email support as needed
~2hr review session in final week of strategic plan to discuss progress and next steps
Monthly follow-up coaching/peer mentoring:
$50/hr +hst
~within a year after completing 3-months of recovery coaching and a strategic plan/Alliance, client may add on additional months of coaching as needed
Ad hoc coaching/peer mentoring:
$40/30 min session +hst
~as a maintenance strategy, within a year after completing a 3-month program, the client may want to check-in as needed
Advocacy & Community Organizing:
No Fees
Support Group Facilitation:
2hr session, 10 people: $400 +hst, approx. $40/head
8-week workshop series (one 2hr session/week), 10 people: $2500 +hst, approx. $30/head
PSYCHOEDUCATION
Lunch & Learns:
One 1hr session: $200 +hst, 10 people, approx. $20/head (for activity supplies)
TOPICS CAN BE CUSTOM TAILORED, BUT STANDARD WORKSHOPS INCLUDE:
— Mental Health, Stress Management, and Burnout in the workplace, educational institution, or like community organizations and businesses
— Increasing Achievement & Productivity
— Harmony and Support Among Colleagues or Classmates
Speaking Engagements or Speaking Tours:
Rates vary; travel expenses and accommodations, if beyond the GTA, to be paid by the organizer.
