Writing for Wellness

Here is the outline for the meta-narrative and therapeutic writing course offered  by Mood Mend. Again, it is optional. Mood Mend offers Narrative Therapy-based programs in two incarnations — standard (Writing for Wellness) and custom (designed around your needs). If you choose the former, these would be the units for the 10 weeks of coaching sessions flanked, of course, by the Alliance and final Review in weeks 1 and 12 respectively:

WEEK 11: PROGRESSION — next steps/action plan
